Shop online from the comfort of your home and have your items ready for collection on visiting the store. Click and Collect ensures your order is ready and waiting for you when you arrive in-store.

How does it work?

Simply add items to your cart on and from the checkout choose our Click & Collect option. Enter your payment details and place your order. You will receive an email confirming your order is being processed.

How will I know when my order is Ready?

You will receive a second email that your order is ‘ready for collection’ at which point you can then visit our store to collect.

What do I need to bring with me when collecting my order?

You will need to bring your order confirmation email and provide your order confirmation number & name to the staff in-store. A digital copy of your email is sufficient for staff to check your order details.

Who do I contact if I have a query about my Order?

Can someone else Collect my Order?

If you are unable to collect your order, we can only give your order to someone who has a copy of your order confirmation email and/or a copy of the text notifying you that your order is ready for collection. The person collecting the order must know your order reference number and the items purchased

Can I return a Click and Collect order?

Yes, the normal returns policy applies to our Click and Collect service. Please refer to our Delivery & Returns section for full details.
