1 – How long will my delivery take?

Once you have placed an order, it will be delivered within 3-5 working days. Some products have an extended delivery time, this is noted on the products page.

2 – Can I return something if I don’t like it?

Yes. You have the right to cancel your order with us and return the goods, even if they are not faulty up to 28 days after you received the order. A full refund of the goods will be made upon receipt of the returned goods. Any returned product(s) must be returned in all of their original packaging, and in like-new condition.

3 – Temperature controlled product

Temperature controlled products e.g. animal vaccines – are exempt and cannot be returned due to change of mind. They are clearly marked as temperature controlled on their product page. This does not affect your statutory rights.”

4 – Cancelling Orders

If you wish to cancel your order, please contact our customer service team on 093 51328 or by email webshop@glynns.ie. If your order has already been dispatched, we will need you to accept the goods & complete the Returns process to complete the cancellation..

5 – How do refunds work?

We will refund to your original payment method. Refunds will exclude any cost incurred for shipping to customers unless the refund is due to faulty/damaged goods or dispatch errors. Please allow 2 -3 working days for returns processing and up to 7 working days for the funds to be returned to your account.

6 – How to Return Your Goods

Goods purchased online, can be returned by post or in-store at Glynns Agri Choice store. Include your original receipt/invoice and package the goods appropriate so they do not get damaged in transit back to us. Label the goods for return to Glynns Agri Choice, Cartron, Milltown, Co. Galway.

7 – Faulty/Damaged Goods

If your goods is faulty or damaged on receipt, please contact our customer service team on 093 51328 or by email webshop@glynns.ie to report the issue within 48 hours of receiving the goods.If the product(s) is found to be faulty/damaged, you will be entitled to a full refund or exchange (subject to stock availability). Any postage costs incurred will also be refunded.

8 -Incorrect Goods

If you have received any goods in error, please contact our customer service team on 093 51328 or by email webshop@glynns.ie to report the issue within 48 hours of receiving the goods.

9 -Free delivery when you spend €100 or more 

on all orders unless an item in the order is classed as ‘Bulky’. These items will be marked as "Excluded from FREE delivery" on the product page.
